- Wool blended rugs combine wool with other synthetic materials to provide durability and resiliency at a great value. They are soft and luxurious underfoot and easy to clean. Some shedding is to be expected but will decrease over time.
- Construction: Hand-Tufted
- A hand-tufted rug is made on a frame with a hand-operated tool that loops (or tufts) yarn through a canvas material. Hand-tufted rugs have a solid backing and are not the most durable construction as tufts can loosen over time. Because they are crafted by artisans, no two hand-tufted rugs are alike.
- If spills occur, blot immediately. Use a common wool cleaning detergent to remove stains. Do not use oxygen cleaners on your wool rug. For substantial spills and stains, we recommend professional cleaning only. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading. Wool will look great for a long time just by vacuuming regularly. Be sure to turn the beater bar on the off setting before vacuuming.
